Dry Heat Sauna. "Far infrared radiant."
Far infrared radiant is a naturally occurring, safe form of energy that heats by a process called direct light conversion. Unlike the traditional steam sauna that raises the surrounding air temperature to a very high level which some people find uncomfortable, FIR saunas heat the body directly. This results in deeper tissue penetration up to 75mm. Includes hydrotherapy shower after dry sauna.
