Spa Etiquette.

Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early so treatments can commence on time with a relaxed you.

Health considerations: You will be asked to fill out a confidential questionnaire as certain spa treatments may react with some medical conditions & medications. There are no suitable spa treatments during the first trimester of pregnancy.

Clothing: Please wear casual attire & although we provide lockers, jewellery & valuables should be left at home. During treatments you will be provided with robes, slippers and disposable underwear though feel free to wear your own swimsuits. Our therapists are trained to drape you correctly to ensure your comfort and privacy.

Spa Etiquette: Please switch off your mobile phones and respect the privacy of other guests. It is not recommended that alcohol be consumed prior to or during treatments. The minimum age for guests is 18 though children over 16 may be accompanied by their parents.

Appointment changes: Out of consideration for others please provide a minimum of 12 hours notice. Less notice shall incur a 25% fee. A deposit of 25% is required to secure bookings for spa treatments.

Opening times: are daily from 09:30 and onsite parking may be prearranged and you are welcome to dine on our outdoor balcony with outsourced food between treatments.
